"I like to see people having a good time, because that's what it is all about," said Lincoln. "It's crazy, but good crazy ... Do whatever you want. ÊÊGet naked, I don't care.It's strictly spontaneous, do whatever you want."

  While there is an attitude of craziness, few serious problems occur at the festival.

  For the occasional rumble, Lincoln has 18 people on security duty and an additional six professional security guards. There is also an ambulance on call during party hours and a fire truck makes patrols throughout the night.

  Lincoln said that he was impressed that even though the festival has grown so much the people who come really police themselves.

  People from many walks of life come together at the Testicle Festival. Bikers, professionals, musicians, loggers, mill workers, you name it and there is a chance they are partying together.
